InGain joins Latvian startup association Startin.LV
Finance technology company InGain has become a member of Latvian Startup Association Startin.LV, Latvia’s largest and most influential startup association. InGain has been operating in the local and global fintech space for over 10 years, providing startups, lenders and banks with loan management systems. The company is currently working on launching a new fintech SaaS solution. Startin.LV membership will allow the experienced fintech company to further strengthen collaboration with ecosystem partners, government institutions, and other startups and corporations.
“Over the past half year InGain has been rapidly expanding both our partner and customer base, so we’re happy to engage more with the Latvian ecosystem as well. We’re looking forward to working more closely with the startup community to promote further entrepreneurship opportunities in Latvia and abroad,” says Armands Liseks, InGain CEO.
Startin.LV has been operating in Latvia since 2016, and its 97 members include 50 startups and scaleups, such as Bolt, Lokalise and Printify. InGain hopes to work with any existing members looking to scale up in the lending industry, or provide potential new businesses with the tools they need to enter the market.
“We’re excited to have InGain join our startup community as an official member of the association. Financial technologies are a fast-growing industry in Latvia and the Baltics, and by working together we can better represent the interests of all players in the sector. We’re certain InGain will establish many valuable partnerships within our community ,” says Alina Silina, Startin.LV Marketing and Communications Expert.
Startin.LV organises a variety of annual community events related to startup companies and government policy, such as Riga Venture Summit. Recent policy achievements include the first ever startup law, and codifying a framework for employee stock options. Other events provide aspiring entrepreneurs with guidance and best practices for creating a startup in Latvia, and Founder Mentorship sessions allow established startups to share their tips and tricks with industry newcomers.
